Ratio of 500 is almost assured.
I did the calculations, guys.
500. Solid number.
The math does no lie.

Transformers - 6966 (2183), +383 (+102), A-
License to Wed - 274 (64), +12 (+0), C+
Seems I was right about it getting it's biggest increases in the late night.

Transformers appears to be heading for about $40M, counting Monday's take. I'm thinking low 30's for Tuesday right now. Agree with the $2.5M projection for License to Wed.

If License to Wed got 2.5 today, what would that probably indicate for the 3-day portion? $10-12M?

Probably lower - around $8-10. Its Friday number wouldn't likely much higher than $3M.

Since it's not frontloaded, Friday should be higher than Tuesday, so I'd say $9-10m.

You mean counting, right?
I'm thinking around $30m for today.

Sorry, that's what I meant. This is the first break I've had since 3PM and I'm beat! I'm thinking $30M for today, as well, even though some of the HSX crowd are prematurely (and likely inaccurately) projecting a lot more than that.

Yeah, we all have been guilty of that sometime. On The Da Vinci Code's opening Friday, I claimed "it's not a matter of getting to $30m, but by how much over."
Right now combining Yahoo and crowd reports, I think the range is $28-31m for Transformers. I just can't see a ratio lower than 200.

Notfabio's final MTC data will point us in a solid direction. My best guess assumes 8200 reviews and a ratio of 215. That would be $38M, less Monday's B.O. Business at my theater tonight wasn't suggestive of anything approaching a $40M day.

Transformers - 7311 (2286), +345 (+103), A-
License to Wed - 288 (68), +14 (+4), C+
License To Wed never did gain momentum, which is a bad sign.

It'll finish around 8,000, and I'm going with a 180 ratio for $44.4m, or $35.6m Tuesday.

Transformers - 7645 (2401), +334 (+115), A-
License to Wed - 294 (69), +6 (+5), C+
Looks like Transformers will end with 8,000 and Wed with 300. I'm thinking a 222 for Transformers and 102 for Wed, for $36 Million and $2.9 Million.

A- at Yahoo, A- at BOM, 84%/8.1 at RT, 8.2 at MC, 8.3 at IMDb, just incredible.
The only time License to Wed got some increases is when it was on the front page, and that's when the grade dropped from B to C+; fit the $2-2.5m estimate.

About a 220 ratio, pretty consistent between Monday and Tuesday.
Almost 10,000 votes now and still A- and ahead of Ratatouille, wow.

Good work Yahoo, 220 seems directly in the area we were expecting since the morning.

Transformers has 4,756 today, if anyone cares. Using yesterday's ratio (which is probably not going to be the same, but oh well), it's at $21.6m right now.

Second (and beyond) day ratios are inconsistent, but I suspect it will be a little lower today. Given the crowd reports, something around $24M wouldn't surprise me.
It was another successful weekend for Yahoo - I think we did an excellent job with Transformers, especially considering the difficulty involved with such a high number of reviews.

If it's lower, that's even better. Even if it's as high as 250 and it gets about 6,000 today, that's still $24m.

IMO, Friday's ratio may be hard to determine given the release date & holiday week. It will be a situation of figuring it out as we go along, based on the pacing and expectations. There's no telling where a ratio will wind up four days into release (including Monday).

Yeah well done on Tuesday guys. Good job.
I think $24-$25m is very doable for today.

5,796. It'll get about 6,000. Based on FM's estimate, that'd be a 201 ratio.

The ratio has been consistent. I remember seeing something similar for ROTS after its first two days when we tracked it daily.
14,934 just before the half hour, so another 1,200 since last night.
