I thought it would have a high ratio because of the hardcore fanbase, but they must not be posting at yahoo. I think it will be under 150 based on that.
EDIT: Nacho has nearly 8 to 1. Maybe this means there is less clogging this week and the ratios will actually be higher.
I assume the viewership of TFTF3 isn't into writing reviews, hehe. Or anything that contains more than five words.

I was thinking the same thing.
But I'm not sure what effect it could have on ratings. It's just unexpected, which makes me doubt my ratio projection.

These look pretty good, IMO. Lake House is doing better than I expected. I thought this would have better legs over a bigger opening.

Or maybe they were just left speechless after the ending.

The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift 1367, +231, B (up from B-)
Garfield: A Tail of Two Kitties 412, +43, B-
Nacho Libre 1196, +213, B
The Lake House 699, +117, B
A good sign that Tokyo Drift's grade has gone up all the way to B. I see $9m for it. As for others, roughly $4-5m for Garfield, $8.5-10m for Nacho Libre, and $5-6.5m for The Lake House.

The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift 1399, +32, B
Garfield: A Tail of Two Kitties 417, +5, B-
Nacho Libre 1239, +43, B
The Lake House 723, +24, B
I'll say 10m-11m for FAF3, but who really knows.
Nacho 10m. Lake House 6.5m. Garfield 4.6m.

Fantastic for The Lake House. I think a $7m opening day is possible. I'd guess around $10m for Tokyo Drift, $9.5m for Nacho Libre, $6.5m for The Lake House and $4.5m for Garfield.

I had a feeling FF3 would do better than a lot of people expected.

Final projections:
TFTF3 - $8-8.5 million
Nacho Libre - $8-9 million
Garfield 2 - $4-4.5 million
The Lake House - $6.2-6.7 million
Weekend should look like this:
TFTF3 - $20-22 million
Nacho Libre - $22-24.5 million
Garfield 2 - $12.5-14.5 million
The Lake House - $16-18 million
Crowd reports suggest higher for TFTF3, though...

I'm seeing a 10.5-11.5 for Nacho, especially with the strength we saw last night on the West Coast for later shows. Wahoo, my first try, and I'm on the money! Dr. Lecter wrote: I am very certain it won't be above $10 million...

Great job, Kenspy. Exactly on the money with Nacho. So did you end up betting money on it?

I was close with my 115 ratio for Nacho Libre and 150 for Fast & Furious, but The Lake House and Garfield 2 were completely bizarre. I suspect we may see strange ratios for awhile as more folks transition to the new homepage/layout.

Wow at Garfield's ratio. Were people thrashing it or something?

He usually updates page 1 of this thread periodically with a chart. I believe it was last done in April.

Yeah, I'm going to do another update sometime soon. There are also some weeks from earlier in the year missing in that table.

Xia, do you have the figures on Mr. Deeds, Anger Management, and 50 First Dates? On page 1, you have Yahoo links to them, but they're not in the ratio tables. Those and any other Sandler movies would be great, for comparison this weekend. Longest Yard is listed for about 120.
