If you want to bet on over or under $150 million total, I'm all for it, though not for money because I'm broke. I'm broke as well at the moment. But, yes I'll bet. My prediction is 145m right now, so would over/under 160m be more fair? I remember a month ago you said you'd make a nude picture bet with over/under $130 million. How come the sentiment change? The movie seems to be really good.
Well, that was a stupid assumption.

I won't. Zing, you are seeing that Hillary Duff movie.

Well do you belive it now? HUH? HUH? Okay the numbers arent out yet but seems as though we should be expeting something below expectations.
Obviously though Cruise and his weird behavior isnt the only reason this movie might be underperforming. As we've been seeing, straight up action flicks have been having a hard time at the BO and the demand on another MI movie might've not been so high. Thanks Kilumanti, you always have my back covered in almost all the topics. . So Lecter, if MI3 doesnt reach 50 million and you dont have the 50 dollars., there are other alternatives like Lecter on a corset as an avatar or a really bad movie for you to see. Ill ask Killumanti for suggestions Dp07 also the most balls for sticking with his gut instinct too. Congrats again DP07, this is like your O12 triumph
Thanks, although I wish I stayed at 110m. At least I only ended up with 145m.

BUT, this statement is false!

Perhaps you might not have that, but Roid? Nah. I didn't even need to do a search to remember all the "Cruise backlash" posts he made last year. But, I didn't remember this thread.

You guys do realize that War of the World's is his biggest grossing film, right?

But it wasn't really a Tom Cruise movie any more than Saving Private Ryan was a Hanks movie. They were both Stephen Spielberg movies primarily.

All people I talk to hate Electrotom-placenta but everyone wants to see a movie with good oldschool explosions without Mutants or anything. And Da Vinci = non action movie...so until X3 MI3 will be the only action orientated movie (at least in my market)
gnahhh I start to fear for my prediciton. At least considering the sold tickets and crowd reports here around MI3 will do very well in international markets.

Yeah I was wrong but it still didnt reach the majority of gross over 250 million buhahahaha
Oh and next year again, you will be wrong again about Simpsons making over 150 million
Dp07 is also in the same camp of Simpsons not making that much either. I guess you can vote Roid/DP07 as the new campaign election
Vote Dp07/Roid 07

ie While I would be surprised if this did under $65 m, I don't think its quite out of the realm of reality...
Sigh...

I don't know if DP07 would want to join up with the man who predicted a $31 million opening weekend for United 93 because Geraldo on Fox talked about it a few times.
DP07, congrats.

I'm not sure about The Simpsons. At BOM it was different with many predicting over 400m or even Titanic.
I could see it earning 120m.
