I agree with Magnus from seven years ago. Williams all-time, but Zimmer since Pirates 2. Interstellar is a masterpiece.

Re: Favorite Film Composer I love Danny Elfman's work. He originally had a very unique style that worked well with the films he was doing but now he has gotten to the point where he seems able to do everything well.

Re: Favorite Film Composer Very difficult to narrow it down to just one. Jerry Goldsmith is a master, but Hans Zimmer is also up there, as is Basil Poledouris, Philip Glass, Junkie XL, Bill Conti, and Ennio Morricone.
