Lincecum was mighty impressive, but if not for an official error, we could still be playing. I wonder if either team will score more than 3 runs in any of the games.

Yes, I expect this series to be the lowest scoring of the bunch. Both teams is all about pitching, and only an average offense. It's like if they give up one run, it's over.

Yeah Grill, Im sure the Yankees don't care if they win the Division. There playing the best they can, and it just shows how many mediocre teams they played until now. Now 1-6 and they go to TB, if the Sox manage to sweep Seattle we'll only be 4.5 games out decreasing your 9 game cushion by half, with another 17 games to go.

The choking continues by the Yanks :(

Baa Haa Haa.

Since Gun is so choked up with the 2 Yankee wins. But yes I correctly called out Gun as not a baseball fan but only a Red Sox Lover and a Yankee Hater.

Anyway, I wanted to discuss with him a post he made in September. So Really Gun, Really. Can you believe you said that. Choking. LOL.

Anyway, I continue to be 100 % correct while Gun continues to be 100 % wrong. (But that is because I look at both sides while he doesn't. LOL.

So Gun let's check out the records. I said the Yankees didn't care about the last month or the division as they only wanted the Playoffs and to get healthy.

You blasted Yankee players. So Gun what is more important. Yankee stats in September when they were already in the playoff or Yankee stats from the playoffs. (I tried to tell Gun this but he never learned.) Like when I pointed out how Arod sat out against Tampa Bay as he rested on one Sunday, since the division wasn't the biggest thing on the Yankees mind.

Anyway, Gun really good choices on always picking against the Yankees whether or not it is a smart choice. LOL.

Yup, great picks on saying the Yankees would choked and saying the White Sox, Red Sox, Tampa, and now the Twins who take the Yankees. LOL.

Especially, the Twins to the World Series. Really Gun Really. LOL.
OK, so 1 more win until the Yankees get to the next stage.

Sweet. And Very Deserving.

Let's Go Yankees.

Reds trying to make a series of it. Leading 4-0 now.

and I want the Phillies as lets see how the Big 3 end up through the whole playoffs.

as I think CC, Petiette and Hughes fir the Yankees can match them.

What are you even saying Grill????? It's like talking to a deranged grandmother.

Nothing I said in that post was wrong. The Yankees DID choke, and quite badly. It's hilarious that you think because I picked the Twins it doesn't mean I don't think the Texans have a great chance to take the whole thing. And so far Grill, I wouldn't be gloating. You're the only team that seems to be struggling right now, and they lucked out from behind two games in a row. That series has been mediocre to say the least so far, even below the SF series, sure they're probably the least interesting to watch, but I expected a hell of a lot more from the Yankees and Twins. The Texans and Phillies on the other hand have been absolutely superb. These two are dangerous!

Says Gun the Yankee Hater. Whatever fool.

So many points which prove you can't be fair with the Yankees. Struggling? LOL.

First based on how you ripped them, Petiette and Riviera have been great. But you are too much of a coward to give a Yankee praise.

And wow down a couple of runs is not such a big deal. Hello, the Phillies went down by 4 runs today.
And like I said for months, Yankee homers would be a big thing. Tex and others. And presto, Yankee homers got them back in the game both times. But I don't consider down by a couple runs that big of a deal, when half the Yankee hitters are power hitters. Bam!

And how did they luck out. With Granderson hitting a clutch triple as he has been hitting for awhile.

And CC pitched pretty good considering he had 8 days rest. Wow 4 runs, 3 earned.

So whatever Gun, you are a joke.

Wow, two blown leads by the bullpen cost the Giants and Red's their games, the Red's was more costly of the two.

To Gun, the foolish Yankee Hater/Red Sox Cry Baby.

Just looked, and wow the Yankees were only down 1-0. Boy the was a big come from behind win, you ass. As the Yankees were never down or losing again. With Petiette only giving up 2 runs in 7 innings.

Also I think Gun, the fool jinxed Frisco by saying only the Yanks were struggling. As Frisco blows a game. And let's wait and see, maybe the Phillies don't come back from being 4 down next time.

LOL at this clueless fool who picked the Twins even though they were like 3-8 to end the season and without their biggest power hitter. So pretty stupid Gun, as usual.

For Gunny, who always hides on days the Yankees play and win.

And for tired Munk, answered before. Go look it up yourself. Not going to waste time on you.

Last Post to you.

Then why did you leave the Yankee part out above. Especially since you knew the answer.

And stop being so lazy, better research or work habits could get you to a better place.

Hey Gun. Batter Up. Can't wait for Today's Game.

And too bad those non struggling Giants didn't have a couple of the extra relievers from the Struggling Yankees. Or even a great closer like MO who can go 2 innings if needed. (Too bad Paps barely could hold up for 1 inning this year.)

LOL.

Hey Grill, can you quote yourself again???? 3 Times wasn't enough for me, There's no reason to highlight an inaccurate thing you've written more than once. Stick to just original stupidness. The only good thing to be said so far is that Pettitte finally pitched a good game, and the Twins got screwed by that Terrible Umping Check swing call.

It was pretty funny in the news the next day that the Yankees and Texans both capitalized on those terrible ump calls. The best highlight of the night had to see Garza react to it, he was very pissed while still spitting all over himself.

And at the time of my post, the Giants weren't struggling so I still win.

Hey Gun, See this is why I have to repeat myself with you. So only Petiette.

Well Gun, what about ....

MO pitching 2 scoreless save games, especially after you commented on his past ERA. Correct Gun?

And the Yankees Power/Homers that I told you would be a big part of their playoff run. Correct Gun?

And the Yankees only coming back from a 1 run deficit. Not much of a come from behind. Correct Gun?

And on the ump call, which are you talking about? The strike Call of the 2-2 pitch. Well the pitch before was a ball that was off the plate but the umpire called it a strike. Correct Gun?

Also all day that umpire was calling the outside part off the plate a strike. And he was giving the hitter the tight inside part on the inside part of the plate. So he was consistent Gun. Correct Gun?

And I still don't think the Yankees are struggling...unless you want to detail it.

So Gun seems like I was right on a lot more than you are give me credit for. Correct Gun?

PS Gun. The Texans are a football team. The Texas Rangers are a baseball team.

Thinking of who the Yankees should go after in the free agent market. Can't let the Red Sox get them all like this year.

Think Cliff Lee and Carl Crawford would look for the Yankees next year.

And supposedly CC is pushing for it since he knows Lee from Cleveland.

This month has seen you as almost the worst team in baseball, that doesn't bother you?

Well Gun as you never show up on the days the Yankees win, I had to review your past numbers.

Gun, Can you do a comparison on these numbers against their playoff numbers. As you recalled, I called these numbers meaningless when you posted them.

Since Gun doesn't show up after Yankee wins.

Here's Gun!!!

Boy the still struggling Yankees were sure lucky this series. As I still think the Twins, my World Series pick, were better today and the whole series.

Look at today, the Yankees didn't even score till the 2nd inning. And then they allowed the bases loaded in the 8th.

Sure sounds like a lucky 5 run win to me

Anyway, now I am picking my 5th team of the year to beat them. The Texans! And yes Grill I know they are a football team.

LOL.

Ha Ha, that's gun alright.

I would also add (me going gun), "oh, and Cano and Granderson grounded in double plays, do we smell bad signs here, and at least the Twins did hit any of their coaches."
