If Obama wins Arizona... oh lord. That would be something.

I think he will right. He may be Darth Vader but he is quite good are predicting politics very very very well. I think he was still calling on Obama winning even when McCain was ahead.

Obama 325, McCain 213
Agree with Begala (we might have the same states for each candidate) and Carville's projections. I'm a little worried about the bigger states though. Many times during the primary polls showed Obama doing better than he did in some of the bigger states. Ohio could very well go McCain despite polls showing Obama up 4-6 or so. But Ill stick with 325-213, my second guess would be 305-233.

It was overconfidence, the rain will keep in some their vote and the last polls should a slight McCain edge there.

 Re: Final State Break-Down Predicts.
Meh, NC should be easier for Obama than IN. Don't forget Obama was underpolled in NC during the primaries, could happen again. NC is even more likely than OH imo.

 Re: Final State Break-Down Predicts.
Eh... I was two off... I gave MO and NC to McCain. In my defense, they're both technically "too close to call" I think, so I think I did pretty good.

Looks like I will be wrong on Indiana and NC but Missouri looks to stay red, barley.
I am surprised Indiana went Red and not Missouri.
Anyways, I was certain Ted Stevens would win.

 Re: Final State Break-Down Predicts.
the only real surprise election night was that Obama won Ohio so handily and he won Indiana.
I thought we had a squeaker in Virgina which would have a surpsie, but the lead has opened up there.

I was just bitterly reacting to the primary loss. But Obama totally won me over during the debates and final weeks of the election so I am 120% nehind him and his message now.

 Re: Final State Break-Down Predicts.
Obama got 99% of the Hilary vote, I think.
There was a few hold outs like Sam and me, but Obama won us over by acting like a real leader during the Financial crisis and the debates.

 Re: Final State Break-Down Predicts.
I was a Clinton supporter, but didn't vote Obama because he won me over, and not because I'm a registered democrat. He did fine after the primaries and in the debates, but that didn't change my opinion of him. I voted for Obama because he' was the closest thing to pushing such things like Universal Health Care left (even though is plan his/was the weakest during the primares out of the big three), Hillary's speech at the DNC, and because I could never support McCain/Palin. But it was not because he "won" me over.
