Post Kentucky and Oregon Results Thread
The latest polls from SurveyUSA have Obama up by 13 in Oregon (75-80% of votes are already in since it's a completely mail-in election) and Clinton up by 31 in Kentucky. Ironically, even though Kentucky's result will come in first and Obama will lose big there, it should be the one that pushes Obama's pledged delegate count to pass the definite-majority milestone.

Both contests are going to be such blowouts that it's actually kind of boring. The interesting fact is that, as you say, Obama will likely pass an important milestone tonight, the majority of pledged delegates.

With 5% reporting in KY, Clinton is only leading Obama by 8 points, 52-44.

Cities report first in Kentucky. I'd hazard an estimate of 62-35-3.

Yeah I know, but it's still pretty amusing, and it's now down to 50-46 with 9% reporting. :) Anything within 30% will be a good result for Obama.

People watching the results on TV surely are (temporarily) astonished.

Obama will do much better in KY than in WV, if only by virtue of having real cities to compete in (and win). Louisville, Lexington, and suburban Cincinnati will slice ten points off Clinton's margin.

And Clinton now indeed leads by 35%.

From the exit poll Fox News posted, Obama should win Oregon by a margin of 56%-42%.

Nice, the preceding polls were on target for once.
