Really, Batman Begins is a bit overrated and in no way is it something deserving of a Best Picture honor. Neither is Kong. If they wanted to put a quality blockbuster in the mix, Sith is what deserves it. Not only did it get great reviews, and not only is it a box office phenom, but it was the winner of the People's Choice award.

2/3 of King Kong is utterly useless and that's what brings down the film overall. But that last act is has more movie magic than 75%+ of movies that came out last year.
