God I hate WB's so much right now. Both Collider and Batman on Film have quoted sources as saying Affleck is actively negotiating to extract himself from the franchise. The writing has been on the wall for a while, I think it's just a question whether they come to an agreement. They really can use the new Director hire to allow everyone to save face. Say that Reeves wants to focus on the character earlier in his career (with a younger actor), keep Affleck on as a producer, etc _________________
