Re: STAR WARS : ROGUE ONE Predictions December 16th 2016 So people who saw Rogue One at the premiere are saying something like 50% of the footages shown in the trailers are not even in the movie. It was the same for The Force Awakens but no where near 50%.

Nowhere near 200m+ where that type of marketing permeates every facet possible.

Re: STAR WARS : ROGUE ONE Predictions December 16th 2016 For someone supposedly working in the industry, thegun doesn't seem to grasp the concept of NDAs, especially issued by someone like Disney who would come down on you harder than the Galactic Empire if you break them.
That being said, the embargod deadline has been moved up. Expect reviews to drop in 2.5 hours. Which is exactly how much time I have to write mine, so I better get started.

Re: STAR WARS : ROGUE ONE Predictions December 16th 2016 Reviews seem solid enough although some do put emphasis on that it's a film mostly for the fans which could be a problem for broader appeal, but I don't see it getting bad WOM, especially if the third act delivers as much as people are saying. As long as the movie ends on a high note it should be able to capitalize on that.
