Re: Would you rather... (Part 12)
Well my life would probably be better without my mother in it, not saying I want to be a murderer, but if choosing between that and my own life it's not that hard

My mom's already dead, can I kill my dad instead and take the 5 mill?

Probably kill.
But it's illuminating that zwackerm would essentially have sex with both of his parents over money, and would die for them over money.

They're not the most evil people in the world and don't deserve to die, and they contributed positively to my life more than a lot of parents just by money alone, but they have a toxic influence on my emotional well being

Re: Would you rather... (Part 13)
If forced to choose, would you rather
pry your thumbnail off with a fork
or
put a toothpick under your big toenail (point first) and kick a wall with full force
?

Re: Would you rather... (Part 13)
I had once my big toenail split. Shit got infected and the toenail died. Took almost a year before a new grew. No thanks not again!
So I do the fork thing.

Toenail The one-off pain should be a whole lot better than slowly suffering.

Would you rather
be unemployed for the rest of your life (no money struggles) but have a loving family (perfect wife/husband, perfect kids)
or
have the job of your dreams with great income for the rest of your life, but never ever have a family or even a boyfriend/a girlfriend
?

Re: Would you rather... (Part 14)
No-brainer for me - the former. It actually ends at "no money struggles". I have never actually liked working. So if I had enough money not to have to worj ever again, that is exactly what I would do. Instead I would devote my time to travelling, movies and whatever else floats my boat.

Family for me too, though I did not think about the traveling and fun when posing the question.

The first one has no downside. So, that one.

Re: Would you rather... (Part 14)
I think it becomes more difficult if you add, say, that you'll be financially dependent from your wife/girlfriend. That would at least make me think twice.

Re: Would you rather... (Part 14)
"No money struggles" doesn't imply "just enough to get by"
