For Your Consideration - A
Commentary was fine. Guest and Levy make the commentary interesting and funny yet not boring.
The Lookout - B
I like the film as I've seen it before but I bought this to hear the commentary unfortunately it's dominated with technical chatter. There's minimal talking about the actors. It's nothing but talking about the set, the filming, cranes and blah blah. If you're really into how a film is made technically then this commentary is for you.

Hi Yoshue!!
OMFG I just saw Germany Year Zero, how devastating! May be a 10. Earlier today my Grandma and I watched La ronde together, that one is a definite 10. Cinematic perfection such as that doesn't come along every day.

Wolfman - B The Expendables - B
Wolfman was decent up until the fight in the end. That was just ugh, but I did like the look and the gore with the picture.

Dr. Lecter wrote: junio wrote: The White Ribbon- 10 Your favorite Haneke? This is my favorite Haneke so far. But then I have only seen his two Funny Games and Cache, none of which I particularly cared for. Cache was interesting but The White Ribbon was amazing. You felt as if you're watching some lost classic by Dreyer or Bergman, and it's full of subtle nods to other films. I felt like having a good cry so I watched Todo sobre mi madre today. I could live with Almodovar's movies only and die happy. That said, your appreciation for this movie is enhanced if you've seen All About Eve and A Streetcar Named Desire. Similarly, no one should see his Flower of My Secret without having previously seen The Apartment and Casablanca. I am SO excited for Pedro's upcoming movie (The Skin I Live In) that I may have to revisit his entire filmography soon. Hopefully by the time the new movie comes out next year his movies Kika, Tacones lejanos and Atame! will become available Statesside.

G.I. Joe -> (B-)
The movie was entertaining...it's was just way over the top and had some pretty stupid dialog.
