Say Moscow accounts for 50-60% of Russia's box office, then the city's total for Avatar will probably be $50m or so. I don't think any single city will match that. So apparently, we're in the same category as online dating scams.

 Re: Avatar (INTL.) - $1.335bn Worldwide (#2)
I dunno, South Korea's total is at $55m now. How much does Seoul account for Korea's total? I would assume it'd be around as much as Moscow's share of Russia's total.
Even so, Moscow could have a smaller share and still have a larger gross. I don't think Moscow's gross is smaller than $39.2m as of now.

 Re: Avatar (INTL.) - $1.335bn Worldwide (#2)
Seeing that it is already crossed 0.93B overseas I think it has a good shot at 1.5B overseas.
The current Domestic total is headed for 650 but I have a hunch that it will do better after the award season in the Domestic markets as well. I think 750M there is possible but I am going for 700M for now.
1.5B overseas + 0.7B domestic = 2.2B Worldwide

 Re: Avatar (INTL.) - $1.335bn Worldwide (#2)
BOM is missing few small markets. That was confirmed by the admin(TomK). So they will always be few million off. We have to wait for updates from variet/screendaily for full OS numbers.
the-numbers could be the complete number.
Any chance for this to hit 1.1B as of sunday. I am thinking italy could hit high single or even double digits(if there are enough 3d screens). Plus may be 30-35% drop in holdovers should be enough to have another 120M OS.

I'm beginning to think $100m is possible in the UK... it's going to be very close.
