Re: 2009 Academy Invites well, apparently the age of 2009's class skews young. So yeah, in that regard the chances of a comedy/Apatow film getting in is increased as well. But only by a small percentage.
You still have the overwhelming amount of old people that will block vote for Bright Star. John Keats! YES! Adam Sandler? NO THANK YOU!

Nomination should be enough for a membership.
