For "the guy dusting the star" one you already said the answer right there. What's the thing and what's he doing to it? For the guy leaning on the train one try and see what he's doing. He's using a bucket of paint.

I'm kind of puzzled on what the hell that columns/rows thing on the water tower is and what that circular poster with the weird symbols on it (also on the water tower) is. Any clues?

One is math-related (the columns/rows thing) and one is astronomy related. How many symbols are there? What are they symbols of? What is the name of that columns/rows thing?

For the frozen 20 year sign, the numerical value has nothing to do with the clue. It could be any number. The "yrs" is the bigger clue and the fact that it is ice.

For the dragon, think about what the single car is about to do to the dragon. Think about it from the cars perspective, not the dragons.

The train one, the guy has nothing to do with the clue, it is what is located on top of the train that is important. The paint he is placing on it.

The sign that says "No old people" is from a recent movie that was a critical and academy darling. It also has 2 of the words in the phrase "no old people" in its title.

Woo! Fin. I'm glad that the last one I got was that astronomy-related one as it's a favorite film of mine. I was focusing so much on the fact that it was a poster coming off the water tower and all kinds of other minutiae that had nothing to do with anything. Stupid brain.

Okay, I've got them all bar one... what the hell is the table on the side of the water tower? It's definitely not Water Tower Table or any other combination of those words, because I've already tried putting that in in lower AND upper case numerous times to no avail.
