Bullshit. "Slumdog" did NOT have best acting ensemble of the year. It is a wonderful film, but it is not by any stretch of the imagination an acting showcase. The cast was decent -- a few shined, the non-acting children were handled well by Boyle -- but this is a sham. It's an insult to the casts of films such as Frost/Nixon and Milk, casts who truly gave AMAZING performances.
