The last two were an attempt to get some young bloods I love up real high, since I figured there would be a lot of support for them anyway. I was wrong.
If I could do it again I would shuffle around some of the rankings and add/drop a couple of names. There were a handful of directors that either didn't make the cut or I totally forgot about, too.

That's not possible, and I would never assume anything that asinine. There are thousand of amazing movies I have never seen, and hundreds of movies I love that I probably shouldn't (and will look back on in great embarrassment). But what I am saying is that there are instances of absolute truth in everything, and this includes movies. Rob Reiner not being one of the 20 greatest directors of all time is one of these instances. To dismiss this with something like "Well it's just my opinion, and all opinion's are equal and valid" is nonsense. If all opinions are the same, what is the point of talking about anything? What is the point of watching movies if what you like has the same value of what everyone else likes? Anyways, Price requested this conversation not take place, so that be it from me I 'spose. But what I'm trying to say in a roundabout way is I ain't mad at ya boo (boo being Shack, naturally). Thanks.  Btw on the last page when you mentioned making assumptions about the way you take in movies, I think you're referring to my post in the Chinatown thread, which to be honest I almost wanted to edit out and would've if it wasn't quoted.
