Bond 22: What I Would Do
Author Message
Post
I wonder then what actress they'll line up for Bond 22.

They'll need a homely version of Catherine Zeta-Jones. hmmm

Not really. Well, not for me, anyways. I look at that picture (or any of her pictures, for that matter) and I'm like, "Bond girl?"

But anyways, she doesn't look that good in the film, just alright. She's definitely near the bottom of the list of Bond girls in terms of looks.

I pray that Scarlett Johansson and Ziyi Zhang are free for Bond 22.

It's just a matter of personal taste when it comes to looks.

That saying, she brought what no female actor has brought to the table since Diana Rigg - identity. Her character was complex and had a personality all her own.

If you're in a Bond film and your name isn't Dame Judi Dench, you're a Bond girl.

By that standard, Giancarlo Giannini is a Bond girl and I don't see you complain about him.

if you want complex characters, go read a book.

I'd prefer a really hot Bond Girl.

No one will ever be a less attractive Bond girl than Honor Blackman, and yet people love Goldfinger.

well, she was hired for MI:3 before it went to shit. Not a huge leap to think she would do Bond, especially following the critical response and box office and blah blah blah of Casino Royale.

If you want moronic plots and inane gadgets, go watch xXx: State of the Union.

I'm at work and just spoke to someone who saw Casino Royale. She said, "it was awesome, except that guy playing Bond. He's ugly. And the girls sucked, too. And it had no gadgets." I asked her what she liked about the film and she said the torture scene and the scene in Madagascar where they were "all jumpin' around."

you clearly are looking for something that isn't part of Bond.

My God she sounds awful. My inner movie snob always kicks in when people describe movies in such terms. "all jumpin around" what the hell!! I gotta take a breath for a moment cause that would drive me demented................................glad she liked it thou.

yup. In an effort to strip away the essence of the franchise, they may have created the most vacumous installment in recent history.

Oh, I didn't mean to imply that she was a teenager. If I had to guess, I'd say 28.

I'll find a teenage girl who saw it, though. Give me a few minutes.

Indeed it does. Perhaps I'll join this craze of judging movies by looks and profess my intimate feelings towards daniel craig..........................on second thoughts perhaps not.
