That must be one of SBD's infamous typos (they're horrible for inputting info incorrectly).

It probably made $1,900,000 million, and the 1 accidently got missed.

EDIT: Or not? I didn't realize at first that all films fell - was it a holiday yesterday?

PEACE, Mike.

Ouuuuch.

Didn't know Yom Kippur had such a huge impact.

Now everything is back to normal after the inflated Monday.

The Queen already leads The Last King of Scotland in total gross. Amazing PTA.

BOM confirms the Open Season Number. How the heck did it fall so hard? I thought the legs would be a lot better for this.

Well, I don't think you should determine the legs based on yesterday's drop, because even Everyone's Hero dropped 62% from yesterday. Lots of schools had off.

I guess a lot of Jewish people went to see Open Season on Monday.

Yeah, on a normal October Monday, the kid films should fall 85-90% on Monday, so a 50% drop can be expected after seeing Monday's better-than-expected 75% drop. (an 87% Monday drop would've given it right around $0.9m)

Yom Kippur, 2005. Wallace & Gromit increased 90% on a Thursday, followed by a pretty weak increase on Friday (for the fall). Kinda went unnoticed because it fell on a Thursday.
