Me too. Yahoo only updates that section once a day at midnight EST.

I still see them as well.

The Wild is doing poorly, I'm glad.

PEACE, Mike.

My bad. Now they're back. I could have sworn for a minute that the links weren't on the front page- the Entertainment section was in its place instead.

That made up the previous 2 hours, so an average of 400 reviews per for the last 3; pretty good.

Am i alone? I haven't seen any front page links to the movies at any time today. I have the newer Yahoo front page, maybe that makes a difference.

Whoa, Thank You For Smoking must be looking at a bigger ratio than expected. With a 120 range ratio, it'd have a 4 mil+ opening day possibly. It'll do above expectations, but not by that much.

Yeah, I have the movies on the frontpage, but perhaps this will limit the effect on the ratios. I would hate to think though what a 200-250 ratio would mean for SM4.

I think anything is really possible with that ratio. More reviews probably means the ratio is higher.

It won't do that well, but with 450 reviews, $2 million should be the minimum, and that will put it above most's expectations.

I'd say $20M is the minimum for SM4 at the moment.

That seems to happen a lot though; Yahoo shows different frontpage for different regions. So I don't think it will have much effect on ratio. However, I do think a 250 ratio is more reasonable.

When I open IE though I get the new yahoo page. I'm only getting the movies because I'm using Firefox. That's never happened to me before.

I think SM4 will have an IM of just 2.4, maybe even 2.3.

I'm thinking 2.4 IM as well.

I don't know.

I'm thinking aroud 10% drop on Saturday, and then around 35% drop on Sunday cause kids have off on Easter Monday.

So with a 20m OD...

OD: 20m
Sat:18m
Sun: 11.7m

OW: 49.7m

Alright, so a IM of 2.49. Close enough to 2.5.

I'm thinking at least 15% on Saturday, maybe even over 20%. It's even better for Friday then the summer, and movies like this do drop 15% in July. The first Scary Movie hardly increased, and it didn't have close to as much frontloading as this will.

So even with a ratio of 250, SM4 is looking like $18-$20 million opening day, right?

I realize the time of year is different, but Scary Movie 3 increased 3.3% on its first Saturday.
