I really need ODU to beat Butler. Like really, really.
And boy am I regretting my decision to switch from having Vandy beating WSU in the second round to having Vandy losing their opening game.

Yeah, so that whole G'Town/Belmont thing was fun while it lasted.

This NCAA sports streaming video is pretty damn cool. I'm theifing a wireless connection off my neighbors and it hasn't hiccuped once. The video seems to go black if I leave it on the regular setting, but as long as I have it full screen it works great.

WSU is finally playing the way they did all season. Lookin' good for the Cougs.
Speaking of basketball games posing as baseball games... A&M/Penn?!?!?

You're right, WSU is looking much better. Let's me breath a little easier, though i still feel I shoulda trusted my guy and went with Vandy beating them in round 2. Hopefully George Wash will take out Vandy in round 1.
ODU is taking a lead into halftime of a very defensive game, which is not exactly what I expected. I think this game will pick up in the second half, both teams shot rather poorly in the first half.

WSU was really, really impressive in the second half. I'm starting to regret my pick for Vandy to the Sweet 16.

Well, this officially sucks. ODU/Butler is the only close game left, but it's pretty much unwatchable.

Has been a bland opening so far to the tournament. UPenn is hanging around a little, but they don't have the firepower to stay close for too long. Going to wait for the night games.

UPenn's on a hot run right now. I'm starting to regret A&M for the final two. Eek.

That wasn't what I would call a quality pick.

WOAH.
Can Ivy Leagues finally compete with the big schools?
Could we be predicting Cornell for the championship next year?
FUCK PENN.

I can't believe this A&M/Penn game. Fucking crazy. At least I don't have to put up with the Butler/ODU game. I've never seen so many talentless white guys in my life!

I don't know if UPenn has skill or if A&M just sucks.
They better get their shit together soon, ivy leagues don't win games. We win noble prizes and "snobbiest white bastard of the year" awards.

So ODU is toast. Good thing I didn't have them going past the second round.

I've got issues with all of my other brackets (nothing too big, other than the fact that, while A&M might win the Penn game, they're not going very far), but my ESPN one should be at 100% after 7 games if A&M pulls through.
woot, woot.

At least I have Texas A&M losing to UL in the second round, so go Penn!
EDIT: Apparently I forgot to refresh the page.

Vanderbilt is blazingly hot. When was the last time the first 8 games are all won by the higher seed?

All in all, this has been a supremely disappointing first group of games. None of them were really close, and definitely no upsets. Here's hoping for a solid night!

Huh?
UMD vs. Davidson? Texas Tech vs. BC? Butler vs. Old Dominion? UPenn vs. A&M?
Sure, we knew the probable outcomes, but are you really, really saying that they weren't fun to watch?
Vanderbilt is looking amazing - they're the team to stop GTown in that division, it seems.

Basketball is not fun to watch. Unless it's like the Suns-Mavs game last night, otherwise... it's ALL rubbish. It is by far, one of the most boring sports on a regular basis.
