The game of the week, #1 vs. #2.
Im currently down around 20 points, with Dunn and Horn left to go. Entirely doable.
BIG GAME TOMORROW!! WOOOOOT!

Well it isn't looking good.
Down by 20, a team tends to abandon its running game. Which they shouldn't because they wont win on Vic's arm.

It means I have to get a milestone or a touchdown, neither of which is looking all too hopeful. You got 1 team down by 20 in the 4th quarter, means they aren't running it, and one team up by 20 in the 4th quarter, which means they'll pretty much only run it.
Unfortunately I need the team down 20 to run and the team up 20 to throw!

What a shitty week. Teasing me oh so close...
Pennington: 17 yards from getting me the victory.
Harrison: 6 yards from getting me the victory
Keyshawn Johnson: 3 yards from getting me the victory.
No one got to a milestone on my team. Fucking losers.

Fantasy Football is quite fun. It's nice having something to root for other than your home team's game.
It also makes you root for the weirdest things. Like "I want Keyshawn Johnson to score a touchdown, but I want it to be DeShaun Foster throwing it to him." (If I were facing Delhomme that game)

With the Eagles on the schedule for Week 5, Owens (hand surgery) might not risk playing against the Titans in Week 4 to ensure he can face his former team, the Dallas Morning News reports.

Quote: Sep 26 Owens was taken to the emergency room for an undisclosed reason Tuesday night, and doctors treating the Cowboys receiver were trying to induce vomiting, according to a television report. Owens was brought by a fire rescue crew to Baylor Medical Center, Dallas-Fort Worth television station KTVT reported, citing sources the television station did not identify. A reporter for the station later said she saw Owens being wheeled down the hall. Owens is also recovering from a broken right ring finger. He had hoped to play on Oct. 1 against Tennessee. If Owens can't play, Patrick Crayton would likely start in his place.

Quote: Terrell Owens reportedly tried suicidehttp://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20060927/ap_ ... italized_7DALLAS - A police report says Dallas Cowboys receiver Terrell Owens attempted suicide by taking pain medication. Owens reportedly put two more pills into his mouth even after fire rescue personnel arrived. A Dallas police report released Wednesday morning said Owens told rescue workers "that he was depressed." The report was first released by WFAA-TV.
The rescue worker "noticed that (his) prescription pain medication was empty and observed (Owens) putting two pills in his mouth," the police report said.
The worker attempted to pry them out with her fingers, then was told by Owens that before this incident he'd taken only five of the 40 pain pills in the bottle he'd emptied. The worker then asked Owens "if he was attempting to harm himself, at which time (he) stated, `Yes.'"
The 32-year-old player broke his right hand Sept. 17 against the Washington Redskins.
Owens had surgery the following day.
Initial reports indicated Owens was hospitalized last night after a reaction to pain medication.

Umm...
I watched ESPN and they said that he had an adverse reaction to the painkillers.

No he deffinatly tried to kill himself.
Reports say he took about 35 painkillers, called his publicist and said something that made her come over immediatly. She found him responsive but messed up. His publicist then either called the ambulance or rushed him to the hospital herself, I'm not sure, but either way, she did what any good publicist would do and spun a story about how he had an allergic reaction to the pain killers.
Too bad for her that TO then told the cops what he did, and when the cops asked if he did it with the intent to harm himself he said yes ... so when they filed the police report ... her story went to bunk and she spilled the truth, saying that he told her he took 35 pain killers and that he was trying to stuff more in his mouth when emergency help arived.
As for our league ... my team is seriously underpreforming, but I don't expect that to continue. My team is much better than my current point output or my record.

Why on earth would he commit suicide?
There's no motive.
Unfortunately, we'll pretty much never know what really happened.

Why is there no motive? Because he has tons of money? When will people learn that just because someone is rich, it doesn't make them happy.
Now TO says he didn't try and commit suicide, says he isn't depressed, and says he didn't OD on the medication. I want to believe him, but things just don't add up.
He had taken 5 of these pills prior to the incident, yet never had any adverse reactions then. Why now? Noone has explained that. Why was his publicist so worried she called 911? Assuming TO was not trying to kill himself ... what did the painkillers react with so much that made TO so delerious that he told police he wanted to harm himself?
There are a lot of holes in this story. We don't know the facts, I doubt we ever will.
