 Family Guy: "Lethal Weapons" question
I watched the episode as many as I thought, and then it hit me. Did Lois rape Peter? If not, explain Peter's reaction to being forced into taking off his clothes by her words and his miserability in the next morning. I guess she did

I saw the episode you are talking about not too long ago. No, I don't think she raped Peter, she just scared him by her force. The next morning, Peter tells Brian that he was the woman last night. He was sad because he was the woman while she was the man.
However it's just a cartoon and the scene you are talking about was only used for comic effect. It's intention was to show who was now in control of the marriage, and not to imply rape.
