Alright I fixed some things, like Sunday as a holiday, and the fact that I forgot about the sneaks being added into the drop of BB last year. FINAL final:
Tuesday sneaks: 3.5 mil
Opening Day: 22 mil + 3.5 mil sneaks = 25.5 mil
Thursday: 13.3 mil(-48%)
Friday: 19.9 mil(+50%)
Saturday: 20.9 mil(+5%)
Sunday: 16.7 mil(-20%)
3-day(including sneaks): 57.5 mil
5-day: 96.3 mil
Total: 180 mil
That looks a lot better to me anyways, actually. I was comprimising with my legs a bit before to make sure it didn't look ridiculous, so the total doesn't change that much.

Well, the preview shows have began on the east coast and in the central time zone areas.
I am going to go at noon tomorrow in my town. No 10 PM screening tonight, which really sucks.

Based on what i saw, I don't think the film will have a lot of repeat business. It was a decent film, but far from fantastic. The 10 pm show was about 90% full. It will make close to 200 I think, but not more.

I'm anxious to see your review.. Baba and I somewhat agreed on the film except for Routh who simply looks to Queer and not large enough in my eyes to have the title of MAN OF STEEL..

I'll haev my review up tomorrow, but I thought Routh was actually quite good as both Supes and Kent, but the story is severely lacking and the script is not that great and Bosworth is definitely miscast. I'll have more later, but saffice to say that I did read your review BKB, and except for the complaint about Routh, we seem to feel the same in many ways.

They're supposedly expecting 112m by July 4th, thats bs. They should be expecting way more then that for the amount of money they got invested in this film. Have some balls WB.

Well if they put too much balls in this movie, they might end up dropping them.

Really, that's nothing to be overly ecstatic about and for as much $$$ this movie cost to make, they really should aim higher for the long weekend total..

It looks better for WB if Superman outperforms their "expectations," so of course the figure seems low. It should be able to get at least $120 million in the first seven days.

wb knows it will make more by july 4th, they just want to be able to say it exeded their maximus expectations when the figure surpasses their estimates, every studio does it to get good publicity, but atleast we box office watchers knoiw better than the average public.

Well, the overall reaction to the film is quite mixed, more leaning towards the bad side than the good side. Far from the "excellent WOM" some of you (excel, especially) expected. It could fall faster than War of the Worlds.
