given the reviews, wom seems like itll be excellent. what if it hits it 118 million 5 day tracking? what would total? a war of the world 2.3 multiplier gives it a total of 271 million. a 2.7 batman begins multiplier gives it 319 million. it should batman wom but wars compitition, so id say in the middle.

118 x 2.5 = 295 million

yeah i know i doubt itll get 118 milion 5 day but i do think weve all been understimating this flicks legs,
Critics Dont = Audience.

Or steal my review.

You know for a fact that if 2 people saw thwe same movie, they'sd describe seeing the same thing but you and RT can't seem to comprehend that to this day and to this day, even I laugh at how out of hand that "Plagarizing" BS became cause I didn't steal your review or anyone's review for that matter, but I sure did love the attention made out of that thread and all for nothing because I was Acquited.... :hahaha:

I have all this because it's in a Mocking sort of way and, well rather fitting to.. You know?? I dig SUPERMAN and all and dig what Richard Donner brought to the table and made Classics, at least the first 2 movie's were, but times have changed and in a more cynical world now, 30 Years later, I think the Generation has changed as well and I'm not so certain a Goody too shoes Blue Boy Scout in Tights is really what teen boys or the audience is looking for in a character.. He's not complex enough nor is he flashy enough with enough Teen Angst to make one commit suicide over.. From what I have seen trailer wise, I'm not really impressed with this and certainly not impressed with how Bryan Singer has ignored Donner's first 2 movie's that are Classics in favor or reinventing the story and throwing a kid out of wedlock into it.. It's coming across very Disney-ish with the inclusion of the kid and holes will be punched in this over how old Lois Lane REAlLY was back in SUPERMAN II to have a kid with SUPERMAN and how that will screw up the continuity to...... You can't ignore stuff like this Singer..

He's the only returning cast member for the in-production DUKES OF HAZZARD STV prequel, the appearance is to promote
that.

I do predict and confidentally that the BIG STORY will be how this movie underperformed in the 5 days it was moved up away from POTC 2 and blasted at the box office as being the most expensive(at the moment) Superhero movie to Bomb as bad as it will, plus how WB Paid Critics to go easy on this and give it a "PASS"..

You have GOT to be kidding me. If you get a great review, you PLASTER it, you don't HIDE it! You need to have that big name everywhere so that the largest number of people see it. No element of surprise for reviews.

Or maybe you're just doing the whole Kong-y Plan A Plan B Plan C thing...

Those are critics who were fine with having their quotes 'burst" through which is why there is shocking lack of
big name critics.

That is a true statement. Their choice of critics to quote is bizarre to say the least (Dark Horizons? A few network affiliates from...somewhere, Wireless Magazine...WTF?).

Even I'll admit that some bigger name critics have weighed in at this point, they need a redesign fast.

Good video, you just new Batman would be the top.

Did anyone watch the Colbert Report last night? He had counted Superman on his "Threat-down" list because of the gay rumors. He even had my avatar pic as an example of Superman's less-than-hetero history.

I dont think Ebert likes the movie if he did it definately doesnt fall in the huge thumbs up. The reason why is next week's show they dont have an early review of Superman up on next weeks show and in 90% of all cases when they had early prescreenings and they both loved the movie, they display their review of the movie in the show weeks ahead like they did for ROTS, Batman Begins, King Kong, V for Vendetta and 40 Year Old Virgin. Early prescreenings where they have a split vote like in WOTW's case and MI3, they review it on the same week its released

Variety and Hollywood Reporter both gave it glowing reviews. Variety put it right below Batman Begins and Spiderman 2 in terms of Superhero movies. I think it will make over 100 for the five days and about 225-250 total.

The IMAX 3D prints take TWENTY HOURS to build up and as of yet there is no guarantee that they will be delivered before
Monday and actually not even a total guarantee on that. So cross your fingers. :)
