We won the euro 1964. In Spain, of course.

Someday we´ll do it... But I´m afraid It won´t be this time. Saw part of the Germany-Japan friendly, BTW... germany doesn´t seem to be at its best, but of course, being the host, anything can happen, right?

They won't get to Quarter-Finals.

If everything goes according to plan - of course, It never quite does, but... - you should meet Sweden in the 1/8 finals... that shouldn´t be winnable, shouldn´t it?

Heh..well...not necessarily. Sweden is pretty good and Germany, well, mostly isn't.

Well, at least Germany won against Luxemburg 7:0.

Oh and Spain was actually the second team (behing Germany) during the last World Cup that I was rooting for. Screw South Korea, their matches against Italy and Spain were a shame. I mean, yes, they were good. But not better and they should have lost.

I all depend's which Sweden come to the game. Super Qualifying group Sweden or Crappy getting hammered by the Irish Sweden.

Of course, Sweden is a good team... but Germany is the host, the home team... and that should count for something, and I´m not talking just about the Stadium atmosphere. Just ask South Korea again Italy and Spain, now that It has been brought up... ;) Between two teams more or less equal, the home team has the clear advantage. But we´ll see

I´ll say it here and now: Senegal doesn´t stand a chance to win this thing. Not gonna happen!

Of course, they didn´t even qualify.

Netherland will win, erasing the bad memory they had last time the cup was held in Germany. Van Basten is managing the team very well.

On paper yes but the dutch are very bad for infighting. i remember van basten's 88 side they were good but they were lucky against us Irish. still i,m glad we haven't another brazil tip since i think there very brittle at the back.

Brazil have a very good back 4, I really dont see why people still criticize them for being weak at the back.

The surprise package this year will be Ivory Coast I think. Very tough group, but I think they could get through ahead of Argentina  I dont really know much about the midfield, but they have a great defence (Toure . . ), and great attack (Drogba. . )

Good point on Ivory but i can't see the Argentine's screwing up 2 world cup's in a row. and drogba good attack Mmmm i'll disagree he's been a disapointment at Chelsea in my eyes.

i did but i just can't get his "im a tank" performances out of my head. i mean i remember last year in the champs league when he drove bayern munich crazy but most of the time if he's up against a defender who can match him strength wise he's pretty poor. chelsea,s kickis in Lampard, Terry, Robben and Duff for me..

I'll look like a fucking jackass if wrong thou  such is guesswork.
