Woo! Pittsburgh won again last night, thanks in part to a goal by Lemieux, and a goal by Crosby. 3-2 over the Islanders! WOO HOO!

Pittsburgh ended Montreal's winning streak! Lemieux got a goal, while Sidney Crosby scored the first goal, and the shoot-out winner. Looks like the Pens are moving on up the ladder, slowly but surely.

As I've said before im not a huge Pittsburgh fan, but they do have alot of talented players there, too many to not be winning games.

Well, the Bruins just lost another fan for the rest of this season. Tonight the Bruins traded away Joe Thornton for three players from the San Jose Sharks (Wayne Primeau, Marco Sturm, and Brad Stuart).
I wouldn't be surprised if from here on out, the Bruins draw no more than 8,000 fans a night.

I just found this out about five minutes ago.Im fucking pissed off I have an authentic Bruins jersey with Thorntons name and number on it.Cost me $200 bucks.I've been a Bruins fan for 30 years, and this disappoints me as much as when they traded Ray Bourque.

Aha I was right! Sharks are on fire!
On a completley related note: I find it funny how for years the NY Rangers were the richest by far, they were overflowing with the stuff. And for some reason with all that addition they still managed to suck dick and miss the playoffs easily every single year.
Now the lockout comes, and they lose that supposed money advantage. They now lead the division, and they now have one of the best records in the league. Oh how pitiful. I bet they win the Stanley Cup this year.

The Sharks are on fire, they have won five in a row since getting Joe Thornton.Thornton has got 12 points in those 5 games. However, regarding your second point, the Rangers will not win the Stanley Cup this year.

Who has the most Stanley Cups ever? Oh yeah, that's right: the Habs.
Oh, and the Habs are doing awesome this season, by the way.
And who's the best ever because I declare so? Yep, the Habs.
PEACE, Mike.

I hope all the Canadian teams do well this year.

Weight goes to the Hurricanes.
Man. Arguably the most valuable player on the market, and who does he go to? Oh yeah, the already best team in the league. More power for the Canes. If he fits in nicely, they'll be unstoppable in the post-season.

Ugh... so I'm watching my monthly hockey game of the Red Wings on NBC... it's ridiculous... I never get to see them go all out and have an exciting game... this is a borefest...
0-0 heading to the third

The Sens will beat the Canes any time, any day, and at any point in the season or post-season

Oilers trade their first round draft pick for Roloson from the Wild. Pretty good deal I'd say. Roloson is a stand-up guy, I remember liking him a lot during the Wild's playoff run a few years back. They needed a #1 goalie, so this works.
