 ABC cans 'Complete Savages'
I don't know if any of you watch this TGIF sitcom on ABC (I do, I thought it was funny), but ABC has apparently canceled it due to low ratings. Reruns of '8 Simple Rules' will be running at the 8:30 slot for the time being.
I'm guessing ABC will replace 'Savages' with the Jennifer Love Hewitt-led sitcom 'In the Game', which they have coming up for midseason.

Sometimes funny, never original, but a good time killer. I thought it did okay.

Oh, well - it looks like I spoke a bit too soon.
ABC is pulling 'Complete Savages' during February and reducing the episode order from 22 to 19.
That's still not a good sign at all, though.

Not a good time for the Carradine boys, with David getting snubbed for an Oscar just days before this news of Kieth's show getting the Axe. What's a millionaire to do?
What exactly was Mel Gibson's involvement with this show as a director?

Definitely not. The show is the next best thing to cancelled now. Chances of a second season are probably about 1%.

Caught about 2 minute of this show - I think they said it is the series finale.
Truthfully, that was about 1 minute too long.
What a horrible mess.

Keith Carradine is costarring in Los Angeles in the David Hare play Stuff Happens soon. So he'll rebound from this series flop.
