yeah, both have been relatively close. the indians bullpen has been the difference.

jays haven't been producing as much as they could have. Last series they were in they managed to pull out a 12 runs in but now they're getting 2 maybe 3. Just sad really.

Indians are starting to get their offense together. Looks like they are gonna beat the A's again tonight. Ronnie Belliard is by far our best hitter and with Jody Gerut back in the lineup, I say we are gonna make a move for first. If only we could make Aaron Boone a designated fielder, we would be in good shape.

Tribe plays @ Minnesota starting Tuesday night. They can really make up some ground in the AL Central with this series and the next one vs Chicago. Here's hoping that they do well. They get Juan Gonzalez back on Tuesday which should only help their slowly improving offense.

but whos going out for Juan is the question. Maybe they could put Casey at 3rd, Ben in LF, and Hafner at first. I don't think playing Juan in the field is a good idea.

Juan Gonzalez made it exactly 1 at bat before blowing out his hammy again. un-fucking-believable. he was barely out of the batter's box when he was grimacing in pain. figures.

well, crud. With Juan Gone out. and for some reason, Belliard is out too, tonight is gonna be a tough win. We had a perfect oppurtunity to blow the game open but we only got 1 run.
