Man ... this show indeed was great. I thought the combo of western + sci fi was there to save on the budget but this really turned out to be great.
Right after watching it, I saw the treailer for serenity again and the trailer makes much more sense. Fox really screwed up with a series that had tonnes of potential.

its just soooo clever- love the space scenes where there's no sound- coz remember folks- in space no one can hear you scream!!

it just jumbles a load of cultures together past and future which is really interesting to watch. and the dialogue is so great- verging on poetic in parts.
