Re: June 20-22 Predictions It seemed like 28 Years Later had so much hype when the trailer debuted. More than Final Destination. Would be crazy if it misses that films opening by that much

Re: June 20-22 Predictions I agreed I think 28 Days is very niche, might do better unadjusted but the genre is kind of dead now, and the sequel did bad. If it came get over 20 million I’d be impressed, Needed Murphy back, now just seems very non event

Re: June 20-22 Predictions sales today have been have great for 28 years and walkups for Elio for early shows are also not bad. I am expecting 28 years to have better OW now.
Reviews are at 95% and they kept if off until today. its nuts how badly Sony handled this one. That is why presales stalled until yesterday and today it just exploded.

Re: June 20-22 Predictions Weird they didn't lift the embargo earlier when it's supposed to be so good. Maybe there's something potentially divisive in the plot and they didn't want spoilers leaking ahead of time.
