Re: Shrek 5 predictions This is easily the most anticipated animated sequel since Incredibles 2 and will perform accordingly.
Could see 200m+ opening and 650-700 total if its good.

Zootopia feels like a breakout so could see something like five $400M+ animated films over a 12 month period.

The Shrek films adjust to:
2001 Shrek: $510m
2004 Shrek 2: $763m
2007 Shrek the Third: $505m
2010 Shrek Forever After: $326m
SFA should be the floor. Around $500-600mm looks doable if its good though.
