Shit, The Flash is losing another 995 theatres this week. Still in 1,723 theatres but these cuts are harsh. It only made $5m last weekend, so they can't expect to get much more than $2m this weekend with the usual 60% drop as well. It's going to struggle to get $110m at this rate.

I'm not sure why Ruby Gillman is adding theatres. It's only +8 but still. Nobody wants to see this film.

Sound of Freedom is adding 216 theatres, obviously. Hope it has a decent weekend.

Asteroid City is shedding 790 theatres, which surprises me a bit. I thought it was doing OK for an indie. Still in 1,111 so not that bad.

Lastly, Fast X, if it wasn't obvious before, its chances of getting to $150m are dead now. Chopped 378 theatres and left with only 172.

Asteroid City didn't hold well at all over a holiday weekend (second worst drop after The Flash) so seems like it's not holding too well and is a rush out.

The Flash has now dropped -72.5% and -65.4%. Feels like another 60%+ drop is in store. It's a movie that really lives up to its title that it's going in a flash.
