Unfortunately every other social media app is also flooded with tiktoks now. There's no escaping it.

I can't become a true Lana Del Rey fan as for every banger album like her debut or NFR she releases like 3 that are trying to put me to sleep (this is maybe the best of those ones though), but I respect how true to herself she's stayed as an artist. I think she will go down in history well.

Sheeran's new song is like a mix of his recent party boy anthems and his older ballads. I think it will do well.

As long as you're not watching them on TikTok, the crap stuff might be filtered out by the time it reaches elsewhere.

This feels like Sheeran's earlier albums which I think is a good direction for him. He doesn't have to be the dance singles Shape of You guy, which is what it seems like he was trying to recreate with songs like Shivers and Bad Habits.

Personal/different album by Kesha, but I think I like it

Foo Fighters album has a 94 metacritic right now. I think it could be a new front-runner for the grammys next year. A band hasn't won since Mumford and Sons over ten years ago, Foos are a legacy act who have been nominated many times yet never won the big one and they'll have a ton of sympathy votes because of Taylor Hawkins. Is it enough to stop SZA from her first win or Taylor Swift breaking the record for most wins? Dunno, but it'd be neat to see.

The predictable Aqua sample, was hoping for better. Not feeling Ice Spice and her monotone flow, she just has a good name.

Its been a pretty meh year for pop music so far, but have no fears, Carly is back to save the day.





Weird that she would release a standalone single now when we (probably) have The Loneliest Time side B coming up in a few months, but I'll take it since the song is fantastic.
