So Hawley still objected to PA like he said he would, and doesn't even bother to debate the objection? Nor does any of the other Senators. What a waste of time, and pointless political stunt to delay this more since the House will take up to 2 hours debating it now. Remove that ass in a few weeks, please. Again, really don't think getting 67 votes will be particularly difficult to remove some of these Congress members after today.

Trump's domestic terrorist lawyer here was suspended from Twitter at some point, so he's posting here: https://parler.com/profile/linwood/posts

Throw him behind bars, now.

So if the Democrats get in and after this event anti-government protests by Trump supporters are not allowed... how far away from that is from Chinese protestors living under the CCP?

Andy Ngo who is an expert on them said he didn't see many ANTIFA or BLM looking types there so I trust him that the protest was more Trump supporters than not now. However all things considered it wasn't really that violent of an attack. The woman who died was a Trump supporter who got shot by a cops for breaking a window in what is a pretty brutal unnecessary kill. The left has stormed capital buildings before such as in the Kavanaugh case and it was celebrated by the media. I agree with Alex that the outrage after a year of BLM burning down cities with far more destruction and deaths has everything to do with who's doing it and not what they did. The reality is corporate america and big tech supports one political party which means every action will be filtered through that lens.

No, actually. You're just a bad person.

At this point I am fine saying that of anyone who continues to support Donald Trump after yesterday.

Just scrolled through Andy ngo’s Twitter through New Year’s Day. Can’t believe all that Antifa rioting is still occurring in Portland and they are still released without bail to repeat, of course not a peep from media.

The murder of the female veteran was a message being sent that, unlike last summer’s non-use of lethal bullets against protestors, they will shoot lethal bullets even at people with no weapons that aren’t lounging at any person (including since Congress already evacuated when police invited them in)

After sleeping on it and seeing Flynn respond like this in the morning, I think everything is going to plan and we are headed for an insane 2 weeks. Big Tech is afraid of a Trump declassification spree hence banning him everywhere. I will admit defeat only when I see Biden is inaugurated.

Responding to Shack is just as bad as his bait-filled posts. Whether or not he believes what he's saying is irrelevant when it has no basis in reality, so don't bother responding to nothing. Just let him respond to his own shit.

They're just going to keep doing this until the end of time, always citing some conspiracy as fact, if they bother citing anything at all, and will continue to say this is some grand plan that's been put together to save the entire world that'll take effect in one week, one month, one year, ten years, one-hundred years. Don't engage with them.

Top aides (including the Deputy National Security Adviser) have been resigning since yesterday, and now cabinet members are resigning with Elaine Chao (McConnell's wife to those in the unknown) being the first today.

Trump isn't right of mind, so he won't fill these positions in his failing state, thus further failing to fulfill his oath of office and abandoning his post. Remove him, and at least get a somewhat operational Government in there before January 20th.

If they really want unity and reconciliation a good place to start would be to stop comparing skin color so much

It's been in bad shape ever since Jan 20th, 2017

If a mob of black people stormed the capitol they’d most certainly all be dead or arrested by now. That ignores the fact that most BLM protestors were also white though. What has become clear is that police treat these situations very differently depending on whether they agree with what was originally being protested or not.

Unarmed BLM protestors do not get killed by law enforcement, unlike yesterday. Most that get arrested also get immediately released without bail, unlike those arrested yesterday.

Imagine if Supreme Court had overturned the certifications based on voter fraud, and yesterday instead was going to be Congress doing one vote per state with Donald Trump being declared winner. And instead it was Biden supporters and BLM protestors who storm the capitol to stop that from happening,

I bet your response would be completely different under the opposite scenario. The prevailing narrative would then be outrage that they killed an unarmed woman among millions of peaceful protestors, that the Constitution sucks and we need to pack the courts and get rid of electoral college process that allows for this.
