They ruled that Texas can't sue over another state's election, which is pretty reasonable considering it would have opened pandora's box in the future

I don't think this is the end of Trump's chances in the SCOTUS, nor do I think it was ever do or die in the SCOTUS. Under my theory that I've had since Nov 4th that he set them up in a sting operation, he was going to want something bigger than just letting the SCOTUS decide, both because that would be too risky (especially considering the plan would have been made when RBG was alive) to just rely on other people votes, and because to really prove the voter fraud to the public it wouldn't really do it to just have his own hand picked judges side with him. If you really wanted to catch them dead to rights you would have to do something like watermark all the ballots.

"I got fucking Covid from the party to hire her for the court and she does this to me!?" - DT on ACB

Shack, the biggest misconception you have of all is that DT and co. have some grand plan here. They don't.

Things will make more sense when you realize they have been shooting from the hip throughout the entire thing. There is no big picture strategy.

I really hope you don't take this the wrong way because I have wanted to keep this discussion going but from "mother of all lawsuits" and "it should definitely be taken by SC" to "ruling seems now reasonable" just feels you are spewing things out of your own mind instead of saying anything with substance. Perhaps next time you might refrain from making bold statements and just provide information and see how it plays out first?

With this Supreme Court decision, I concede there is no further constitutional path for Trump to for inauguration in 2021. I don’t believe Trump will proceed with the multiple alternative paths Shack has alluded to,

As rumored back in 2016, Trump will hopefully start his own media conglomerate. That might end up becoming his greatest legacy for Americans, even beyond his presidency.

I’m not talking just an alternative cable news network to Liberal media, This platform will also service as a huge community for half of America against all the socialist media companies that push false deep-state narratives while heavily censoring opposing voices: an all-in-one alternative to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, GoFundMe, etc.

Yes, we knew all that they Silicon Valley companies were all leftists all along, and willingly supported their platform since before 2020 they used to be ok with diversity and users who thought differently than them, but since this year they changed heir businesses so half of America are no longer welcome to use their platforms, since they have to appease CCP and the billions of people controlled by them.

I may have gotten carried away with the Texas lawsuit as I trusted some people I follow who were overconfident in it, and underestimated the logic that they didn't want to open the door for states suing each other going forward, but I have stated before that I thought the Supreme Court wasn't the end all. My post on Dec 8th for example said this which is similar to my take now

Quote:
If the Supreme Court is going to flip the election it's likely be this week due to the legislatures vote on the 14th. But not sure it's over for Trump if it doesn't go his way. My thought is he had the whole election under military surveillance, if they have evidence the election is rigged or compromised, I'm not sure it matters what the courts say. But Trump may not want to pull this card if he doesn't have to.

Nov 29th

Quote:
However I’m not sure the court battle even matters. Personally I think Trump is making the Democrats spend all their energy on the wrong battlefield. When in reality if he has all the evidence of the Democrats or foreign countries interfering, this is really a military and DOJ operation. It wouldn’t really matter even if they voted for Biden on Dec 14, now that the fraud was cemented he could still arrest everyone and cancel the election after that.

Alright to that my only question is that, why has it taken more than a month to bring forth this "evidence" to judicial system, after almost a month and tons of lawsuits isn't there a possibility that Trump really did not have anything in his arsenal?

The process is supposed to be losing on the lower courts which then is challenged in the Supreme Court, but overall if Trump set a trap to let the Democrats cheat and then catch them, it would not have been a solid plan if the Supreme Court was where he was putting all his eggs in. Too risky to just hope they'll go his way, and winning by a hair with them does not have the world changing reverberations that proving voter fraud with indisputable proof would. His goal presumably is to burn all his enemies the Democrats, the media, big tech, etc. to the ground and force other countries to adopt secure elections - I don't think Supreme Court win thanks to his hand picked judges is enough to do that. He also would have had almost no chance if RBG was alive and I presume he didn't change his plans 6 weeks before the election.

So with that in mind, if his plan isn't really counting on the Supreme Court, the main purpose of the court battles would be for other reasons such as convincing the public of the fraud, to implicate more people in the cover up, and be to dupe the Democrats into concentrating on the court battles making them possibly miss other moves he is making.

The problem does seem to stem from this delusion that Trump is a "chosen one" who has a grand plan in place to overrule the Constitution, destroy Democracy, and overturn the will of the American people. He's trying to do all those things, of course, because he's always thought of himself as a "chosen one" and his supporters have cemented this idea in his empty mind as a "chosen one" sent by God, or something.

He's just doing this to stroke his massive child-like ego, hoping that his legacy will be one of that of a victim of corrupt politics, going down as the "fighter" (historic record-loser) who was just trying to make American, and the World apparently, "great" again. Yet, he's going to go down in history as a giant orange stain, one that just takes some time to clean up.

The Democrats and the media will most likely lay the victory lap on thick tomorrow with the electors voting, including a Biden speech tomorrow night. However with the votes sealed until Pence reads them on Jan 6th, my impression is nothing is really set in stone until the 6th. In 1960 Nixon was originally certified as the Hawaii winner, however Kennedy ended up winning the recount, and when they read the votes in January, Kennedy was the winner. If he copies the same process (including it's rumored making Republican electors vote tomorrow, which is what Kennedy did) Trump reversing states in the Supreme Court sometime the rest of the month would therefore presumably fly.

On Dec 18th Trump hits an important date on in the executive order on foreign interference in elections he passed in 2018

Quote:
Section 1. (a) Not later than 45 days after the conclusion of a United States election, the Director of National Intelligence, in consultation with the heads of any other appropriate executive departments and agencies (agencies), shall conduct an assessment of any information indicating that a foreign government, or any person acting as an agent of or on behalf of a foreign government, has acted with the intent or purpose of interfering in that election. The assessment shall identify, to the maximum extent ascertainable, the nature of any foreign interference and any methods employed to execute it, the persons involved, and the foreign government or governments that authorized, directed, sponsored, or supported it. The Director of National Intelligence shall deliver this assessment and appropriate supporting information to the President, the Secretary of State, the Secretary of the Treasury, the Secretary of Defense, the Attorney General, and the Secretary of Homeland Security.

No wonder there’s been more news about Chinese spies and US infiltration recently. We are not yet out of the woods from declaring an official war on China.

Georgia, Arizona, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin have officially awarded their electoral votes to Joe Biden. There are more to come, but this finally, officially ends it.

It is over. Joe Biden has done it.

There are also Republican electors voting today. Congress and possibly Pence will decide which electors to use on Jan 6th. So this effectively buys Trump another 3 weeks.

I think the only difference is the Democrat electors are certified, however the Republican electors could be certified sometime later depending on what happens with Supreme Court

In 1960 Nixon was originally certified as the Hawaii winner, however the recount changed it to Kennedy forcing the governor to certify it again for him

In 1876 which is the most similar election dispute to this, both sides sent electors as now, it was eventually resolved by agreeing to give it to Hayes in return for taking soldiers out of the south

It is over

For Biden

This was a bad day for Biden not a good day, the only thing that matters is the fraud being proven and as Alex's post below mine shows Michigan county reported the audit of the machine and showed 68% error, and in Wisconsin the Supreme Court gave Trump a win in one suit about indefinitely confined voters, and in another suit the vote to not overturn the whole vote in Wisconsin was only 4-3.
