You're stretching the meaning of procedual here.
It's not like Someone can jump on and watch last night's episode and be like "I get 100% of it" which can be done with SVU.

I could watch Grey's from last night and understand every fucking thing. I've never seen a minute of it.

Also I just schooled some wrestling fans on how Smackdown is killing it on its time slot and it's not pulling "end of the world" ratings like they make it out to be.

I'm not sure about killing, but as long as it has a high rating for Friday, I think it is doing ok.

They are paying 200 mil a year for Smackdown but it's not as bad as it looks cause they get 52 weeks out of it. So it's 3.8 million for 2 hours of programming. They could have been spending a 1 million each on 4 sitcoms instead so I think that's not too bad. Those ratings will also look even better in the summer and they are able to help FS1 a bit with shows like Renee Young's and moving Smackdown there during the World Series last week. Going forward network ratings will continue to stink it up so having WWE will probably look better by year 3 or 4 of their deal too
