It's both reading way to much into things, and interesting. But you'd say they could've definitely done better on it.

Well Cavs really needed that game 1. And they had it won too, just couldn’t hit the free throw. Now its a sweep for sure. I don’t see these Cavs having the resilience to come back from this kind of defeat.

JR Smith is a fucking idiot. There’s only one scoreboard directly behind the hoop. There’s another behind the other hoop. And there’s a giant one hanging directly above him that has four screens showing the score. If you’re unsure of the score, or maybe just to double check, take a look at one of them. Or somebody who does know what the score is could’ve screamed and charged the ref to get a timeout. It’s not like it was important or anything.

I think JR made LeBron’s summer decision for him. Grats to Houston.

It would just be ridiculous if that happens. He's that good he could easily earn it, but I think you automatically disqualify if you didn't end up winning, it's just too bad he doesn't have a supporting cast to trust. He doesn't need it either, if he takes the series to 7 it will be just as remembered for his legacy.

So with that new camera angle that came out, I think Lue fucked up as much as Smith. He knew there was a timeout left. Why the hell didn’t he sprint up the court? The ref would’ve put the time back on the clock. Lebron and everyone else on the court didn’t seem to know either. That’s inexcusable.

Someone on ESPN prior to the Finals was trying to make the argument that Lue doesn’t get enough credit for the job he sent done especially when someone like Stevens does. I think the last five seconds of Game 1 shot that argument to shit. And what’s especially horrible for Cleveland is that I think they’re going to win tonight. They have to, of course, but they’re lights out at home and the Warriors have looked shaky on the road.

I think Stephen A. also made a good point that, despite that absolutely shitty finish to regulation, LeBron and the Cavs seemed to just give up/ in right then and there. Instead, and with LeBron as the leader they should have been "let's give 'em hell". But that's tough though, they ended on a huge dissapointment and I think it's not easy to just get over it and continue with your game...alas...hope they win tonight.

I also noticed on the scoreboard at the end of the game that it said “Blackout” for Game 4, which I assume means everyone in the crowd will wear black. Seems appropriate. It’ll be a funeral for the Cavs season, Lebron’s second stint in Cleveland, and most of the fan base once he’s gone.

I wonder where Lebron will go next year. I suspect the Lakers to make a big play for him. They have the money that is for certain. If they can get him and Paul George they would compete in the East.

There's several options each with their own angle to it. Question I mainly have is that, can he go to a contender (Rockets, 76'ers) without having some of their current good dynamic broken up to much with it, and if going to built something up from scratch with something like the Lakers, I worry about the chemistry issue. Interesting FA ahead.

Yeah I meant the West. I am not sure about Houston, as I don't think they have the money for James, Harden, and Paul unless they get rid of one of the other two. I guess 76ers are possible.
