That is very interesting. But I cannot imagine Warner Bros. losing here. They will string it out for an age, and also overpower Brittle with legal costs. They may settle of out of court for a few million, which is nothing for them.

I would think the plaintiff would have to prove ghosts aren't real, just as much as the defendant would have to prove they are, no?

I see a decent settlement in many, many years.

It is indeed interesting and I'd like to know how this ends but in the end it will be settled. WB can then make a horror movie in search of ghosts existence.
