It's not like you're verbally grading the movie -- CinemaScore just hands out a scorecard that you fill out, then you submit it when you're done. Anonymous Fs are still easy to give!

Filling out a scorecard in the cinema is still not full privacy. People next to you and the person you give it to, while all logically not important, in reality are still people, and you just act as you should; all normal and proper. Also, with CinemaScore, perhaps people feel privileged to be (randomly) chosen, so they do not shit all over the experience, but instead fill it out honestly.
