BvS is.....Awesometacular!

that is what I'll be posting on the 27th after I see it ;)

Finally saw it....and it may not be the best CB movie ever....but it comes damn close.
The fights were straight out of the comics and I loved it. WW & Supes taking on Doomsday was orgasmic.
OMG! Now I really can't wait for JL. Keep Snyder for both part 1 & 2. His visual style is made for this.
Fuck the haters BvS is a great fucking film.
The 3 hours directors cut is going to be even better. :D
Oh & Batfleck killed it. Can't wait for more of him in the DCU.

Now I gotta see it again in couple hours....this time in glorious IMAX.

My point is a fucking knightmare scene and few editing nitpicks are not the difference between a high 80s RT score and a fucking 29%.

If you don't think a good 30-40% of critics joined the anti BVS brigade because they felt into that pack mentality due to Snyder hate, IDK what to tell you.

You're obsessed with the aggregate score. Look at it on a critic by critic basis -- and yes, the fucking knightmare scene and "a few editing nitpicks" (i.e. the editing being some of the worst in a motion picture in years) are enough to make it a bad movie.

Lex was such a badass villain. Straight outta the comics. Loved this version of him.
Can't wait to see what he does next in JL.

Robin Quivers loved Batman v Superman and Ben Affleck as Batman. Stern has yet to see it.

Agree. The Mad Max style wasteland scene was a highlight for me.

On paper this looks even darker than BvS but it has an intriguing and powerful story (as was the base story for BvS) which is what I am excited for.

Here's a deleted scene... what is WB doing? I have no idea.

Motherboxes, as seen in the Cyborg scene.

Steppenwolf, yo.

Warner has gone cray. If you release a deleted scene then at least one that explains more instead of confusing audiences even more.

Plus this scene really doesn't add much. I think the end scene in the movie works as it is shown, we really don't need to be teased by this.

If this is in the extended cut where would they place this? If this was in the film the scene of him in prison would've been a good stinger after the credits.

The whole JL reveal would have worked in post credits. That scene is also shot that way. This is just a tease and doesn't really add much to anything.

The JL reveal was one scene I wondered if it should have been in the film. 2nd viewing I didn't mind it but it would have been best as a post credit scene because everyone was sitting there waiting for something both times I watched the movie.

I gave it a 7 the first time I watched it, but seeing this again I'd honestly drop it down to a 6. It just doesn't really hold up and I definitely notice more problems the second time. For a movie called Batman V Superman there isn't enough Batman fighting Superman and the fight that we do get is way too short. Eisenberg is still an annoying Lex Jr., the whole first hour is a bit of a chore to get through and the Justice League stuff was unnecessary. However, I still put it over MOS because Batfleck is awesome, Jeremy Irons is great as Alfred and the WW action in the finale is pretty damn cool.
