I know Dig hasn't premiered yet, but I thought they already finished filming. But it turns out they're back in my hometown and filming from Jan 27th to Feb 11th. Could it be they already renewed the show for season 2? I can't seem to find anything about season 2.

Last time they filmed here was August or September. Maybe they're doing some reshoots, script changes? Don't think it makes sense to return to a previous filming location months later otherwise.

"Shameless" has been renewed for season 6.

I am surprised "Beauty and the Beast" got a third season to begin with.

Apparently it's huge internationally or something? Plus )since The CW is co-owned by Warner Bros. and CBS) I think it's maybe the only show that CBS actually produces that is still on the network. They are planning on airing it during the summer anyway so it's a non-factor.

And basically everyone involved with "Hart of Dixie" has all but confirmed that this will be the last season. The finale was written to serve as either a season or series finale but the cast has basically said they think it's the end. I'm sure it's not a terribly expensive show to produce though since 90% of the sets are recycled from "Gilmore Girls."

ABC Family has given a third season to "The Fosters".

Also, Yahoo! Network has announced that Community will premiere on Tuesday, March 17th with episodes every Tuesday.

So I go to TVbythenumbers to read the news, only to find it between announcements for a six-week ratings high for Who Wants to be a Millionaire? and Kate Plus 8 delivering big fat ratings for TLC?

Jesus Christ, I'm not a cynic, but this really makes it fucking hard to deal with when past-their-prime game shows and never-was Kate Gosselin are still on the air and still getting viewers.

Hey now, Terry Crews hosts Millionaire now so there is still relevance to it.

"Empire" and "Gotham" have been renewed for second seasons, while "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" has been renewed for season 3.

Not surprised at all! Empire has been a breakout hit so far and made a rare increase on its series pilot ratings while Gotham has done solid numbers.

BB99's season 3 renewal (assuming its for 22 episodes) has now guaranteed itself for a 4th season for syndication purposes.

"Togetherness" has been renewed for a 2nd season by HBO!

Thank god the latest episode of Looking went up around 130,000 viewers. It was looking like it wouldn't be renewed for sure but now there's still a chance.

CBS has pulled The McCarthys from their schedule.

NBC has renewed "The Blacklist" (Season 3), "Grimm" (Season 5), and the Dick Wolf Franchise which includes, "Law and Order: SVU" (season 17), "Chicago Fire" (Season 4), and "Chicago PD" (season 3).

Worried about The Mysteries of Laura. I hope they renew it.
