I am soooooooooooo dreading Phillip's final three jury speech.

Ah, damn it. That wasn't as heartbreaking as when Malcolm missed making the final three last season by one vote but...ugh, I love him. I'm sure he'll be invited back a third time, especially after last week's tribal council. Things will probably get much less interesting than they've been the past few episodes.

The possibility of Erik and Sherri flipping just seemed like misdirection, and of course it was. While it makes sense to flip to a smaller group and get in control, Sherri especially had to knew she was on the very bottom of that totem pole and would never beat the three buff guys in a challenge. Sherri has a really high opinion of herself, though, doesn't she? You're not running the game, honey, sit down.

After one shining moment in the sun last week, Reynold and Eddie once again ended up on the wrong side of a vote. It's getting sort of amusing at this point.

Andrea seemed like she had a lot of potential the first time she played this and she hasn't proved me wrong so far. I enjoyed her Mexican standoff with Malcolm. My dream scenario is that either she wins this season or Cochran does.

After weeks of no Brenda material, this episode had Brenda aplenty. She talks! She cries! She eats pig brains!

LOL @ Cochran's immunity streak. Props. I hope he sent Ozzy's stupid ass a mocking email in the middle of this episode as revenge for the treatment he got in South Pacific.

I'm sad now.

I'm really hoping for Cochran or Andrea to win too.

This is the first season in a long time where I am literally nervous about each vote. The misdirections are working on me. Yeah it sucks to lose a good player but it means the side I'm rooting for got a leg-up this week.

Sherri is one of the five worst players ever. She's served as nothing more than a vote and acts like she's the greatest. Eddie's not much better either. He proves you can be a strong male in this game and still suck at everything (challenges, strategy, etc.). I may rank him lower than Sherri because I'm not sure if he realizes this isn't Love in the Wild.

Indeed. Survivor's editing has been even greater than normal this season, which really sets it apart from the other reality shows where you get the same clip thrown at you 4 times in an episode.

I agree with Jeff's interview on EW - I can see a scenario where any one of the Favorites could win at this point.

Sherri has an overextended opinion of herself, yeah, but I'm not sure I'd call her one of the five worst players ever. I think she has a strong chance at making it to the final tribal council. Largely as a goat, yes. But that'd be a sort of impressive achievement considering how dead in the water all the fans looked several weeks ago.

Maybe she and Eddie are victims of the Fans vs. Favorites twist, but she did align herself with the most hated player of the season (on a season with a lot of hated players) early on. She doesn't make the best decisions.

Although I think it was smarter to vote with the Favorites. She has a much stronger chance of breaking into that alliance than she had with the Three Amigos.

One thing is certain though: he may have been one of the Three Amigos (ugh, that name), but for Reynold, Eddie and even Sherri, it was another Favorite voted off last night...

Damn.

It'll be non-sensical for sure, but I don't think he'll be bitter. He seems oddly fine with being voted off.

If Cochran makes final three, he's making a strong case for a unanimous vote. I think his only competition in a final three is Reynold. Andrea will have a tough time convincing them that she played a good game if she makes it. They'll just say she listened to others when she's been really instrumental in a few vote-offs, especially Malcolm's by guarding the hidden immunity spot.

I don't think people would dismiss Andrea in the final. Just the opposite. I wouldn't like for Cochroach to win. He's still smug and annoying just like in his previous appearance.

I do agree on Andrea, though. If she makes it to the finals she has a strong chance.

I think voting out Andrea just sealed a victory for Cochran. I don't see any of the remaining players being able to beat him in a vote; Andrea was the only one left who would've challenged him. Unless he's voted off before the final three...but I don't see that happening.

Andrea did a fantastic job this season but she played a little too hard. Overcompensation for her first stint where everyone was swallowed up by Boston Rob. But she seemed to take it very much in stride in her exit interview, realizing it was a good move to get her (the biggest threat remaining) out.

Reynold getting voted out was predictable and a long time coming (also, how hideous was his mustache on the jury?). I'm predicting Eddie, Erik and Brenda get voted off and we're left with a final three of Cochran, Dawn and Sherri.

Didn't expect Andrea to go considering the "double" episode - kinda sad, but a hugely smart move on Cochran's part. I just hope the tribe doesn't wise up to him, but next week's previews seem to indicate they will.

Poor Andrea - not much is worse on Survivor than getting voted out with an immunity idol in your pocket.

The previews this season have constantly proved to be full of misdirection.

I would love it if they thought taking Eddie to,the final three would secure a win for a Favorite and then Eddie wins lmao.

What if the final three was Eddie, Sherri and Erik. I would legitimately die laughing.

I would piss myself with laughter at the situation and the inevitable onslaught of 'YOU DID NOTHING TO GET HERE!' arguments from the jury.

Erik actually realizes that he could pull both Sherri and Eddie for a final three. That would be actually the only way for him to win. So that scenario is prettyy possible. Erik finally needs to do something and be the decisive vote for a blindside.

I suppose Erik could Fabio his way to a win, but it seems extremely unlikely. I would be very surprised at this point if Cochran and Dawn are not in the final three.

Disappointed about Andrea though she kind of deserved it. You don't make yourself so transparent by going to bat for Eddie when it should be Eddie gone next (or soon), not useless Brenda. That's how Corinne screwed herself.

The choice presented to Brenda in this reward challenge is so unfair! They shouldn't do these "give up your prize and everyone gets something" things in the family challenge.

Damn, that was coooooooooooooooooold. Poor Brenda. Blindsides are usually fun but this one just felt really mean spirited, even if was technically the correct game move. But what do I know.

I'm still predicting a Cochran/Dawn/Sherri final three, and I could legit imagine the vote being totally unanimous in Cochran's favor. Dawn has betrayed like everyone. I foresee some angry lashing out at the final tribal council (Brenda will probably be all, "I found your fake teeth and then you voted me out I HATE YOU") and some...more crying in her future.

Also, Eddie is still there somehow. I'm almost rooting for him at this point. I don't think he has understood a single thing that has happened the entire game and has bumbled his way into the top 5 somehow. He's becoming a lovable doofus or something. He's like the flip side of Dawn, who has played a technically "good game" (I guess) but is such a ridiculous hot mess this season.

So, so cold. But she should have never given up that immunity to the human tear duct.

It's interesting that voting off Brenda seems to have sealed Dawn's fate to be known as a Survivor villain forever now. Who would have seen that coming after their first seasons, when Brenda was an icy queen bee type and Dawn was the sweet mom who didn't double cross anyone?

Brenda's vote-off was necessary. I don't even know how she became a threat, but it was right to nix her now. But it was just as right to nix Eddie. Now Cochran and Dawn have to contend with Eddie and Erik sticking together, unless Erik continues to float along. Eddie has to only win two immunity challenges and he's the least deserving winner ever. But he can't win a challenge to save his life anyway.

I feel like if Cochran and Dawn are in the final three, Dawn can and will win.
