New season starts so soon! I can't wait!

Counting down the days. Guess I won't be watching live (since Parenthood is on at the same time), but a New Girl/Cougar Town "catch up from Tuesdays" combo sounds pretty appealing.

This comes back tonight! Yay.

And adds to my list of shows to watch on Tuesdays: Raising Hope, New Girl, Happy Endings, Bitch 23, Parenthood, now Cougar Town. Too much!

Plus Justified is premiering which I'll get around to watching at some point (probs this summer), only partially because Timothy Olyphant is the hottest person on planet Earth.

The cameo at the end legitimately made my night. So glad this show is back!

Last episode was cute. Loved them showing Jules and Grayson's first encounter at the end. I love watching this show on DVR the day after it airs, so enjoyable.

UGH I LOVE THIS SHOW.

So much Scrubs vibe. So much care for the show.

So...this season hasn't lost any of its spark with the move to TBS. It's always been a pretty low stakes, hangout type of show, but I really do love it.

I think this season has been great. Last night's episode was hilarious and also pretty touching/sad.

The scene between Jules and Chick on the hammock was one of the all-time best moments on this show.

Last night was awesome! Travis and Laurie! I think this is what the finale is building towards.

I loved the meta-ness of Laurie naming Bobby's boat "The Sea Story" (aka The C Story/Plot).

Bill Lawrence just GETS me.

You can just feel how much love he puts into this. Obviously it's nothing like Scrubs, but it carries so many of the tones that Scrubs had. I love it.

The finale was incredibly moving. So glad this is coming back for a fifth season!

Loved the finale. It's amazing in a show that usually has very low stakes and characters that often border on the cartoonish, they can come through with this sweetness and romance and wistfulness. Jules' relationship with her dad is what takes her from a perhaps unrelatable, goofy lead into someone grounded in reality.

Also, I had been sorta on the fence about the Laurie/Travis pairing but I'm on board now.

TBS saving this show was a small miracle. I'm expecting season 5 to be the last, but hey, 28 extra episodes off of ABC is nothing to complain about.

And at least they can end things on their own terms now (even though season 3's finale was crafted as both a season/series ender).
