Gonzaga could stay #1 until the Tourney. They should cruise through the West Coast conference tourney, and they won't be punished for winning over bad teams. I guess they could lose it the following week if Indiana or Duke win their tourneys.

Hard to believe Duke and Indiana only slid one each.

Meanwhile Kansas is serving up blow-outs

I am not shocked since #4 and 5 both lost. Duke's win over Miami helped them as well.

Indiana is a hard team to figure out. They also better win the Big 10 tourney or else they won't get a #1 seed.

Villanova upsets Georgetown and in an even bigger upset Georgia Tech beats Miami. I have to say Miami hasn't impressed me in the last few weeks.

Baylor helped themselves, although they need to win at least one game in the Big 12 tourney.

Two upsets today with Alabama beating Tennessee, hurting their chances at the tourney. And then Michigan losing to Wisconsin. The bubble gets tougher with Tennessee, Virginia, and La Salle all losing. I don't see Virginia getting in. They have lost 3 out of their last 4 games (how did they beat Duke?).

Duke goes down to Maryland. With Virginia losing, Maryland increases its chances to get in. And does Duke lose a number 1 with this? I suppose if Miami win they could make an argument, and then you have Kansas in the discussion as well. And Kentucky is getting creamed by Vandy. No way do they get in the tournament after that performance. Its weird all of the last 4 in teams have lost today.

Maryland probably needs to win tomorrow. Those two loses to Virginia are hurting them right now.

Louisville is looking pretty good at the moment. They are peaking at the right time. UMass takes out Temple in a minor upset.

Yeah I agree if they can win tomorrow they will be in. They are probably right there with Virginia on the outside. Virginia don't belong in with all those bad losses like losing to Delaware, George Mason, and Old Dominion and most of them finished below .500. Man the bottom of this field is weak, it is so bad that teams like Boise State and Middle Tennessee State might have worked their way back in without playing.

Ole Miss takes out Missouri. They are looking good at getting considering the other SEC teams losing.

Minnesota Gophers - In or out of the tourney? I say out because of their bad losses to Nebraska and Purdue near the end of the season kind of do away with any good gained by beating then #1 Indiana.

They are probably in. I don't think they are even last 4 in, maybe next 4 in. It helps with the strength of the conference.

Wisconsin beats Indiana, but Indiana should still be a #1.

Kansas dominates to win the Big 12 tourney. They have made a strong case for a #1 seed. To me Indiana and Gonzaga are the only automatics. If Louisville wins, they will get one as well. Have to see what Miami does tomorrow, it should be interesting to see who gets chosen.

I really have no clue who is going to win. I would favor Indiana but they can look bad like today. I will probably wait until the brackets and see the matchups.

It is sad to see the end of the Big East. I know I am going to miss it. I grew up with great big east basketball in the 90s with UConn, Georgetown, and Syracuse. It won't be the same. I think it is a real shame that it has to happen and it all because of damn football.

Hell of a comeback by Louisville (or meltdown by Syracuse). Down by 16 points that was pretty unbelievable and then blow them out by almost 20 points. Louisville should be a #1 seed and will be a tough team in the tourney.

Miami wins the ACC and Ole Miss wins the SEC. Ole Miss is the big surprise, at least they don't have to worry about sweating it out tonight.

The selection is getting close I think the #1s will be Louisville, Indiana, Kansas, and Gonzaga. Miami is a close fifth.

I got the top 4 right. No real surprises on who got left out. Kentucky, Tennessee, Maryland, and Virginia really didn't belong in. I was glad Middle Tennessee State got in, especially since I went there. The only real shock is Oregon as a 12 that is crazy.
