Did anyone watch the premiere episode? I'm watching it right now and am really liking Carrey but I am LOATHING Nicki. If she is this annoying all season I'm going to not watch.

I did. We need a crazy person and thats Nicki. I actually really like her, she quite honest. Keith Urban is nonexistent and I really hope this is Randys last season. He has become the asshole of the show.

So far i really like the girl with the hearing problem.

The radio played some clips this morning... and I thought Nicki was HILARIOUS.

Can they make this season any more corny? I mean, it always has been with the stories and everything but the guy who had his leg amputated off was kind of ridiculous with the music they played and the Idol logo that came up. It was like somebody got killed or something.

Shsuh. That music they used for the guy without leg is Hurts. They're magnificent. It's not the music's fault AI producers use it in the corniest way possible.

Well it really was. Ugh, I really can't take Nicki. This is going to be a bad season just because I need to look at her ugly face. I hope next season they get rid of her, I can't imagine people actually liking her.

I don't think I can bring myself to watch this, despite train wreck potential in the dramz between Nicki and Mariah. I didn't see the last two, really, and it just takes up too much time.

She seems like a total bitch. First off, you don't fuck with my girl Mariah. Just for that you don't get a pass from me. Second off, she is SO unsympathetic to the contestants. She's not even fun mean in a Simon kind of way, she just doesn't seem to give a shit.

Yeah, the show would have been so insipid without her.

Just finished it and yeah, I majorly and missing Jennifer and Steven. They were so good.

I've been over this series for years. Haven't watched a full season since Paula left. "The Voice" is the only one of these shows worth watching.

I decided to stop watching regularly the second that Lee Dewhatshisnameblahblahblah won in the most boring television season in eternity.

I must confess I love "Home" by Phillip Phillips, but who doesn't? Heh.

I only watched about an hour. Couldn't believe they didn't pass through the guitar guy with one leg. He was pretty good.

I think 4 judges it too many. I don't know who is the main judge here.

I usually watch for like two weeks and then I watch every now and then until the season is over. Tonights episode had some decent talent. I just REALLY want to kill that dumb bitch. She is so rude. LOVED the last guy. It was a very touching segment.

Mariah is the one thats turning out to be very unlikeable.... bitch is a better word.

How anybody can find Nicki even remotely appealing is beyond me, though after episode two I'm not a huge Mariah fan on the panel either. She's not a bitch at all, just way too quiet. Nicki literally makes my ears bleed. And what is with that stupid English accent she is so on and off with? It's obnoxious.

I watched this instead of Grey's last night (not caught up on Grey's yet) and I actually sort of found the Mariah/Nicki arguments sort of funny, mostly because they were nonsensical.

I caught about 90 minutes of it and I was enjoying the Nikki Mariah banter and the strange looks Nikki would give the camera at times. I thought it was better and I will continue to watch.
