It doesnt matter when they got 10 or more points, what counts is the total number of 10+ points they got during the whole season. IF players a and b got 6 10+ score during the season and player c got 5, player c would be in third place between them. Since player a and b are still tied, we now go on counting the number of 9 points they got per week. Hope this answers your question.

Unless he gets one this week. RULES •If, at the end of Week 17 a tie remains, the following steps between the tied players will be taken until the final order is determined: 1. Higher number of points (Total score).
2. Higher number of Top Scores. (In red on the Breakdown Table)
3. Most +10 pts per week.
4. Most Weeks with 9 pts
5. Most Weeks with 8 pts
• Etc. etc. ETC! i should remove #1...
