Lolz
Now you know how I feel in my other league. Lost by less than a point in Round 1 of the playoffs -- and then went on to record the highest and second highest scores of the season in the consolation bracket. Argh. Fifth place my ass.

I do enjoy looking back at the "All Time" section. I've never finished worse than 5th.
2007 was easily my WORST year.

I've only missed the playoffs twice.
A 4th, a 3rd, two 2nd's and a 1st.

Would've been okay dumping Cam if you asked me in November, but he's looking better these days. Maybe I should keep Philip Rivers And, ya. AlMo is the real deal. He's a straightforward runner, but he's going to get lots of volume and will be better next year w/ ball protection. Obviously, I'd like to be in Levy's position -- but I think you need to ride the Redskins duo over R. Wilson. Your problem is a no-brainer to me. Keep Thomas and Garcon. Newton won't be a third-rounder next year, he'll barely be a top 10 QB next year, so he won't be worth a 3rd rounder. Thomas on the other hand is probably a top 10 WR next year and Garcon won't last til the 7th round, so that's the way to go.

Would definitely prefer him over Stafford, Romo, Big Ben or Jay Cutler. Maybe even Eli Manning.

Re: WOKJ NFL Fantasy Super Bowl VII Chip Vs. Torrino!
It depends on the off-season, but I think Cam is just outside the Top 5. What he lacks in accuracy he makes up in volume. He was obnoxious to have on my team for the first half of the season because he'd throw so many darn incompletions, sacks, Pick 6s, but he was reliable and top-tier in the playoffs.
In our league, he was #9 per game -- but our league scoring is weird (he's behind Romo, RGIII, and Roethlisberger, in that order). He was also 3rd over the last four weeks. In my standard league, he was #5 (behind Brees, Brady, Rodgers, RGIII; ahead of Peyton) and #4 when you consider total points (bc RGIII missed a few games). First over the last four weeks.
1. A-Rod 2-5. RG3, Tom Brady, Peyton Manning, Drew Brees 6. Cam Newton 7. Matt Ryan 8+. Crapshoot
Are we necessarily doing draft replacement, by the way? We should probably confirm that.

Re: WOKJ NFL Fantasy Super Bowl VII Chip Vs. Torrino!
Brady was my QB on the league I won.....and the championship game I'm playing this wknd I have Drew Brees.
I'd rate them:
Brees/Brady/Rogers/P.Manning and everybody else. Those 4 have been consistently reliable all season long

We really should start soon to help with draft preparation. I think I'm in pretty good shape this year with Martin and Green.
