Fox shows dominate the top 10 despite the slip in 18-49 ratings. I think its branding as a young, hip tv network (is Fox considered a network?) has helped it win the overall ad price race.

NBC should see some increase in ad prices next season as it went from fourth last season to first place the first four weeks of this season in 18-49 ratings.
