 Re: "Revolution" (Season 1)
Enjoyed the second episode. I was very happy to see that Rachel (Elizabeth Mitchell) ended up being alive after all.

 Re: "Revolution" (Season 1)
The first two episodes were very enjoyable. I just hope that this show won't end up being contrived like Lost eventually did. It does seem like they're willing to give away more than they did in Lost S1.
Also Charlie is the early frontrunner for the most annoying character on TV this season.

 Re: "Revolution" (Season 1)
The pilot was OK, maybe good, but there's a likable quality to it. Even the lead actress is only decent, but she could end up being a strong heroine.

 Re: "Revolution" (Season 1)
Miles is awesome. Charlie needs to die ASAP.
Eric Kripke nows how to do great plotting. Three episodes in and the "mystery" is much more evolved than any of the post-Lost Lost-wannabes and even Lost actually. And even the characters aren't that bad. After Supernatural it seems Kripke has yet another great show on his resume. I'm very glad this got a full season pickup. If they continue to show a lot episode to episode then I think the show can continue to have good ratings and not collapse like similar shows in the past.

 Re: "Revolution" (Season 1)
Yeah, I like this show a lot. It's not better than "Lost" and probably never will be, but it's certainly better than the countless imitators that failed season after season. By this point I'm pretty sure "The Event" was already boring

 Re: "Revolution" (Season 1)
The Event quickly fell into a routine "OK we have a deal, we will be in peace - ah ooops, one of us fucked up so no..." type of plot. Revolution already promises way more plot.

 Re: "Revolution" (Season 1)
I like this show so far, but Charlie is seriously the dumbest character currently on television. Bitch just can't do anything right.

 Re: "Revolution" (Season 1)
Given the ratings, starting the show is probably not worth it, hm?

And this just increased last night to 3.4 in the demo. This isn't going anywhere.

Hmm, I figured this would be another Flash Forward/Jericho...

 Re: "Revolution" (Season 1)
This returns tonight after being off the air since November. I'm curious to see what the ratings will be tomorrow - I'm expecting a big drop-off but I guess we'll see. The whole situation just reminds me of when "The Event" took that hiatus and then got catastrophic ratings when it came back. I know I'll at least be watching online tomorrow instead of live - too hooked on "Bates Motel" already

 Re: "Revolution" (Season 1)
The return episode was actually awesome and action-packed. It seems like they actually listened to a lot of the criticism about the early part of the season - there was less focus on Charlie tonight and more focus on the far more interesting adult characters like Rachel, Miles and Neville. And also them killing Danny was incredibly unexpected since the entire first half of the season focused on getting him rescued. He was hugely annoying though so they did the right thing It reminded me of how in Elizabeth Mitchell's last show "V" there was also an annoying son character that they killed off It is actually what this show needed as now there's a definite revenge factor in play with all the characters. I also thought Elizabeth Mitchell was great in her last scene. Also, NBC CLEARLY gave them a ton of money for this return episode. The special effects were top-notch.

 Re: "Revolution" (Season 1)
This also did really solid last night surprisingly, getting a 2.7 in the demo. Considering the lengthy hiatus I was expecting a lot lower. I'm happy as this return episode definitely pulled me in again.

 Re: "Revolution" (Season 1)
Good episode last night. Loving that this back half of the season is giving Elizabeth Mitchell so much to do. I also appreciate that they've toned down Charlie's whining.

 Re: "Revolution" (Season 1)
Is this show worth getting into over the summer? At first wasn't interested (which is why I haven't watched it yet) but lately have heard some good things and I like the cast.

 Re: "Revolution" (Season 1)
It's pretty good. I don't think it's great or anything but it is entertaining and I feel like it's getting better. They've realized that Elizabeth Mitchell is the best thing they have going for them and have been using her more in the past few episodes which has helped.
